Return Policy

If you aren't satisfied with your product, purchases made on tealotion.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via email at customercare@tealotion.com. Provide your name, address, original order number, and reason for the return.

With 24 hours we will provide a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 - 10 days.

*To receive a refund due to dissatisfaction, unused product must be returned.*

 

Damaged Products:

When your TEA.L order arrives, please inspect the package and product for any damage. If your product is damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery to customercare@tealotion.com.

If, after having review, we confirm that the product is damaged, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product to us at our expense and a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
